How do you ensure the safety of the big boards during shipping?
Whiteboards are fragile especially for the big sizes. In order to reduce the damage rate during shipping a few measures were taken when we produce the whiteboards. Firstly we will 0.3mm thick surface material while for the small sizes whiteboard we only use 0.15mm surface. Secondly, we use a thicker galvanized steel on the back. And lastly the frame design we use is thicker and stronger.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Ideally the minimum order quantity is a 20ft container and the minimum order quantity for one size is 10 pieces. Except for the MOQ, there is also a minimum order amount in our factory, because we have to consider the delivery cost to the port and also the local charges. If your order amount is less than the MOA, there will be a handling charge of US$200.
Can you make projection whiteboard?
Yes, we can make projection whiteboard. We have two different projection surface, one is painted steel and the other is porcelain steel.
